My passion for this career stems from witnessing the transformative journeys of my clients – seeing their dedication pay off, their confidence grow, and their lives improve through physical fitness.

As we move into a new location, my excitement has only amplified. This new space offers more opportunities to impact lives positively. The enhanced facilities and environment will enable me to provide even better support and guidance. I have never loved working out, but training with Kristen has really changed my outlook on exercise.
