Matthew Schroeder is a licensed massage therapist at Valor Elite Training, bringing five years of hands-on experience and a whole-body approach to healing and recovery. Born and raised in Cambodia, Matthew carries a unique perspective shaped by his roots and life experiences—an outlook that informs his compassionate and intuitive work with clients.
Since moving to Colorado in 2015, Matthew has focused on helping individuals not only relieve pain and tension but also address the root causes of discomfort for lasting results. For more than a decade, Adam Poehlmann has helped clients transform their bodies and lives through evidence-based fitness and nutrition coaching. His passion for health began during a difficult season in college, when fitness became an outlet that grew into his true calling. Today, Adam specializes in body composition change—helping clients lose fat, build muscle, and sustain results through precision training and tailored nutrition strategies. Adam’s coaching goes beyond workouts. Crissy specializes in functional dry needling, along with physical therapy evaluations, diagnoses, and targeted treatments tailored to each client’s goals.
