Kristen Anderson is the co-owner of Valor Elite Training and a certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for helping others build strength from the inside out. Her functional, client-focused training style supports a wide range of individuals—from athletes pursuing peak performance to older adults working to stay strong and mobile.
Certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Kristen brings both expertise and empathy to every session. She believes that true transformation requires mental resilience, physical discipline, and a supportive community—all of which she fosters at Valor Elite. Matthew Schroeder is a licensed massage therapist at Valor Elite Training, bringing five years of hands-on experience and a whole-body approach to healing and recovery. Born and raised in Cambodia, Matthew carries a unique perspective shaped by his roots and life experiences—an outlook that informs his compassionate and intuitive work with clients.
Since moving to Colorado in 2015, Matthew has focused on helping individuals not only relieve pain and tension but also address the root causes of discomfort for lasting results. Whether supporting recovery from training, injury, or day-to-day stress, he blends technique with purpose to help each client feel and function at their best.

With a background in collegiate soccer and a master’s degree in athletic training, he specializes in rehabilitation, sports performance, and strength training.
