Kristen Anderson is the co-owner of Valor Elite Training and a certified personal trainer with a lifelong passion for helping others build strength from the inside out. Her functional, client-focused training style supports a wide range of individuals—from athletes pursuing peak performance to older adults working to stay strong and mobile.

Certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Kristen brings both expertise and empathy to every session. She believes that true transformation requires mental resilience, physical discipline, and a supportive community—all of which she fosters at Valor Elite. Kristen is dedicated to helping clients overcome challenges and become the strongest version of themselves, both in and out of the gym.

Matthew Schroeder is a licensed massage therapist at Valor Elite Training, bringing five years of hands-on experience and a whole-body approach to healing and recovery. Born and raised in Cambodia, Matthew carries a unique perspective shaped by his roots and life experiences—an outlook that informs his compassionate and intuitive work with clients.

Since moving to Colorado in 2015, Matthew has focused on helping individuals not only relieve pain and tension but also address the root causes of discomfort for lasting results. Whether supporting recovery from training, injury, or day-to-day stress, he blends technique with purpose to help each client feel and function at their best.

Ryan Castro is a passionate personal trainer and sports performance coach with a background in swimming and water polo. Specializing in sports performance, Olympic weightlifting, and functional movement, he tailors programs to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness. He holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Cal Baptist University and is a USA Weightlifting coach with over a decade of experience. Ryan believes in adaptability and empowerment, helping clients of all ages move better and feel stronger. Outside of training, he enjoys hiking, movies, and reading. Ready to elevate your fitness? With a background in collegiate soccer and a master’s degree in athletic training, he specializes in rehabilitation, sports performance, and strength training. Known for his supportive and energetic coaching style, Tyler creates personalized, goal-driven programs using movement screens and proven techniques. How We Customize Your Training

From day one, we sit down and talk about why you are here to train. We want to know your fitness goals and what you will do to achieve those possibilities. Throughout your journey with Valor Elite Training, we change your routine as you set new goals once your original goals are achieved.

Initial Check-Ins

The first thing we do at every session is check-in and assess how you are feeling. If there are any aches, pains, or issues occurring, we will discuss how to approach training to ensure your comfortability.

Warm-Ups and Mobility

After check-ins, we begin the session with tailored mobility and activation exercises tailored to prepare your body for the planned workout. Warming up your body and focus areas is important for your long-term physical goals.

Customized Strength Session

Our strength sessions look different to everyone as our achievements look different. Whether you are wanting to increase endurance, build muscle, or improve overall fitness, we design these sessions to fit those specific goals. 

Cool Down

After every workout, we use cool-down techniques to help your body recover. Stretching and massages are two ways you can cool down to help reduce soreness, aching, etc.
